Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UK CaseWare Drafting Manager Expert to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK CaseWare software, exceptional drafting skills, and a strong background in financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the drafting and preparation of financial statements and reports using UK CaseWare software.
· Ensure all financial documents are accurate, compliant with relevant regulations, and meet high standards of quality.
· Collaborate with auditors, accountants, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of reports.
· Provide training and support to junior staff on CaseWare software and drafting procedures.
· Stay updated with the latest CaseWare developments, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
· Manage and prioritise multiple drafting projects to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Proven experience working with UK CaseWare software, including proficiency in drafting financial statements and reports.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CA, SAIPA, SIMA, CPA) preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience using CaseWare software for drafting financial statements.
· Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and other relevant financial reporting standards.
· Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
